CONTRACT FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
This contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into between One Way Global Limos
("OWGL") and ("Customer").
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
a) A deposit is required to secure booking.
b) If the Customer cancels the service within one week (7 days) of the scheduled date, the Company reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Note: This policy applies to all bookings and is non-negotiable.
c) Deposits are transferable to another date, subject to availability.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
he Client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the transportation services provided by the Company.
LIABILITY RELEASE:
The Client releases and holds harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for:
a) Personal injuries or damages sustained during the trip.
b) Loss, damage, or theft of personal property, including but not limited to:
i) Items brought on board by the Client or their group.
ii) Items left behind or forgotten during the trip.
iii) Items of which the Company has no knowledge or record.
c) Any other claims, demands, or causes of action.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY:
The Client and their group acknowledge and agree that:
a) They are solely responsible for their personal property brought onto the Company's vehicles.
b) The Company is not responsible for any items left behind, forgotten, or lost during the trip.
c) The Client and their group hold full responsibility for any items brought onto the vehicle without the Company's knowledge.
c)The Company reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed or abandoned items.
I, hereby acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and understood all terms, conditions, and policies outlined by One Way Global Limos. By signing this contract, I confirm my full acceptance and agreement to these terms, and I acknowledge that I am fully liable for any payments due or owed to One Way Global Limos.
